Oscar A. Bustos is an associate at Berenji Law Firm. He focuses his legal practice exclusively on representing employees with workplace disputes. He practices in all areas of labor and employment law, including wage and hour class actions, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation and whistleblower lawsuits.

Mr. Bustos is a Los Angeles native. After graduating from Loyola High School of Los Angeles, Mr. Bustos attended Stanford University where he received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English, with a minor degree in Philosophy, in 2007. Thereafter, he earned his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C., in 2011. Mr. Bustos became licensed to practice in all courts in the State of California in 2011.

Mr. Bustos began his legal career by working for a plaintiff's firm in Los Angeles where he represented relators in federal and state qui tam actions to recover funds for the government. He later moved to a defense firm in Los Angeles where he represented the County of Los Angeles in civil rights and personal injury cases in both federal and state court.
